York Neighborhood Planning Committee

Nelson’s Market, 7:00 p.m.

Present: David Camp, Seth Cool, Anne Mackie, Lisa McShane, Tom Scott, Elliott Smith, Libby Stark, Toby Steele

I. Introductions / Agenda Review / Review of Feb. 17, 2007 Minutes

II. Committee Recruitment

The database of the York Neighborhood property owners was distributed and reviewed. Lists from York’s summer ’06 rezone meetings and general membership meeting sign-in sheets were reviewed. Potential committee members were identified.

DECISION: It was agreed to draft a “letter of invitation” that committee members can use to recruit additional people. Anne will draft the letter.

III. Agenda for April 2 Meeting

The agenda was discussed; assignments were made as follows:

1. Overview & Purpose of the Committee and Plan Update Process – Lisa
2. Timeline of the Update Process – Tom
3. Topics for Subcommittees & Structure – Elliott
4. Breakout session: subcommittees to schedule subcommittee meetings in April

Anne will be absent April 2, so Tom will chair the meeting.

IV. Adjournment

The Meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
